Triaxial Connector

Triaxial connector consists of a central conductor, an inner shielding layer, and an outer shielding layer, with a total of three coaxial structures designed for high shielding performance and complex signal transmission. Its core features include: multi-layer shielding: the inner and outer shielding layers are respectively grounded or protected for signals, and the shielding efficiency is 9 times higher than that of single-layer coaxial cables; Dual signal transmission: supports simultaneous transmission of main signals (such as video signals) and auxiliary signals (such as power or protection signals); High insulation: Polytetrafluoroethylene insulation is used between conductors to ensure signal integrity in high impedance environments.

Application of Triaxial Connector

1. Technical parameters and performance electrical characteristics of triaxial connector: 

Impedance: 50 Ω or 75 Ω (depending on the model and application scenario); 

Shielding performance: 40-50dB higher than ordinary BNC connectors, suitable for sensitive signal transmission; 

Voltage resistance level: The outer shielding can carry a protective voltage of over 30V to avoid safety hazards. 

2. Mechanical characteristics: 

Connection method: bayonet type (such as TRB series) or threaded type (such as TRT series), supporting fast insertion and high vibration environment; 

Cable compatibility: compatible with RG58A/U, RG59/U and other three coaxial cables, with low transmission loss and long distance.
