The workhorse of 4G LTE and 5G NR base station deployments. This factory-assembled 7/16 DIN Male to Male jumper utilizes premium 1/2" superflexible (SF) corrugated coaxial cable to deliver ultra-low PIM (≤-161 dBc), low loss, and high power handling for macro cell tower, rooftop, and DAS applications. The 7/16 DIN male-to-male configuration is the standard for RRU-to-antenna, BTS-to-combiner, and tower-top amplifier interconnects. Featuring IP68 weatherproof seals, bimetallic silver-plated contacts, and a 30mm minimum bend radius, this jumper is engineered for rapid, error-free field installation and decades of reliable outdoor service. Lengths are fully customizable from 0.3m to 20m to match your exact site requirements.

● Ultra-Low PIM Guaranteed: Every assembly is factory-tested to ≤-161 dBc @ 2×20W (1800/2100 MHz). Bimetallic silver-plated contacts and precision torque-controlled assembly ensure PIM stability under wind, ice, and thermal cycling — critical for 5G carrier aggregation and massive MIMO.
● 1/2" Superflex for Field Agility: Corrugated copper outer conductor allows 30mm bend radius without kinking. Cable holds its shape after forming, enabling clean routing around tower legs, cable trays, and antenna brackets. Significantly easier to install than rigid 1/2" helical cable.
● IP68 Weatherproof by Design: Both 7/16 DIN male plugs feature integrated silicone O-ring seals that create a waterproof barrier when mated. Compatible with standard butyl tape wrapping for long-term outdoor deployment.
● Torque-Controlled Factory Assembly: Every connector is terminated with calibrated torque tools to OEM specifications, eliminating field installation errors that cause PIM degradation and water ingress.
● Low & Stable Loss: Foamed PE dielectric and high-conductivity corrugated copper shield deliver attenuation as low as 4.1 dB/100m @ 900MHz — preserving signal strength over critical last-meter jumper runs.
● Fully Customizable Lengths: Specify any length from 0.3m to 20m in 0.1m increments. No minimum order for custom lengths. Ideal for projects with diverse site configurations.

Q1: What's the difference between 1/2" Superflex and 1/2" Helical cable?
A: Both are 50-ohm corrugated coaxial cables with similar electrical performance. The key difference is flexibility: Superflex (SF) uses an annular (ring-shaped) corrugation that allows a tighter bend radius (30mm vs. 70mm for helical). SF is easier to route in tight spaces but slightly more expensive. Helical is preferred for long, straight runs where flexibility is less critical.
Q2: Can I order mixed lengths in one order?
A: Absolutely. We regularly supply project orders with 10+ different lengths to match diverse site configurations. There is no minimum order quantity per length — order exactly what you need.
Q3: Are the connectors pre-torqued or do I need to torque them in the field?
A: Our factory-assembled jumpers come with connectors torqued to the exact OEM specification (typically 25 Nm for 7/16 DIN). However, when mating to your equipment in the field, you should use a calibrated torque wrench to ensure the connection is properly sealed. We include torque specs with every order.
Q4: Do you provide test certificates for each cable?
A: Yes. Every assembly is 100% tested for VSWR, PIM, and continuity before shipment. Individual test certificates with serial numbers are included with all orders. For large projects, we can provide digital certificates in CSV/PDF format for your site acceptance documentation.
Q5: What's the warranty on these jumpers?
A: We provide a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including connector attachment, PIM degradation, and water ingress (when properly installed with weatherproofing). The 1/2" SF cable itself has a 20+ year service life under normal outdoor conditions.
