RG402 is a high-performance, ultra small semi-rigid coaxial cable that has become the preferred interconnect solution for space limited and high-performance applications in microwave and RF engineering, such as precision testing equipment, aerospace, and defense systems, due to its excellent shielding (>100dB), low loss, wide bandwidth (up to 18GHz+), high power capacity, and excellent phase stability. Its semi-rigid characteristics require precise one-time molding and installation, but in return, it offers unparalleled electrical performance and reliability. If higher flexibility is required, RG400 or other flexible microwave cables should be considered.
